30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by your order number or receipt
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@4everbeautifulyou.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging
- Ship the package to: 6825 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (though all our orders ship free)
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@4everbeautifulyou.com
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice
Return Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used hair brushes and combs
- Opened cosmetic bags and toiletry bags
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
